Group registrations are for groups over 30. 
If your group is not over 30, please register each person individually on the previous webpage.  

We offer the following discounts:

• 10% for over 30 total registrants
• 15% for over 100 total registrants
  

Please note: Group registrants must pre-pay.  Webinar information will not be provided until payment is received. 

Please follow these steps:

1. Download and fill out the Group Registration excel document.  Access here.
   Please make sure all information is correct and that all registrants are accounted for. 
   
   
2. Send the excel file along with the billing contact information - Name, Job Title, Organization, Email Address, Phone Number, and Full Billing Address to [email protected].
   
   
3. We will create an invoice and send it back to the Billing Contact with instructions on payment.
   
   
4. Once payment is received, we will send information on how to access the webinar. If we do not receive payment before the live webinar date, we will send information on how to access the webinar on-demand once payment is received.
