*If you are eligible for a desk copy, you are required to submit documentation showing that you have adopted the 2025 ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS Coding Handbook for your class your program.  Please send a copy of a PO, a receipt, a bookstore listing (URL link to the page) or a syllabus stating the book is a required text. These will be considered appropriate documentation.
